Easy White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

This past weekend, Kate and I were talking about trying to find some indoor activities to do during the winter. She loves spending time in the kitchen, so I thought it may be nice to start letting her get her hands dirty and find some things that she can pretty much make on her own. Since Christmas is coming, it’s the perfect time for treat making, so I thought it would be good for her to start with something easy like White Chocolate Peppermint Bark! My 11 year old made this on her own from start to finish, and I couldn’t be more proud! It’s beautiful and mouthwatering delicious!!!
