CREAM CHEESE BROWNIE COOKIES

So lately I have been working on recipes for the book basically like all the dang time. And all the recipes (good, bad and ever uglier) have to be tested. Which means I can either consume 40 million calories a day…OR I can do my best to make my neighbors fat. Unfortunately I have inadvertently chosen both of these options. But as long as I can keep my friends fat…you know how it goes.
