When snack time rolls around, my little ones are usually already foraging through cabinets to find something to eat. I always try to keep healthy snacks on hand that the kids can enjoy like fresh fruit, carrot sticks, cheese, crackers, or even yogurt--just a little something to fill their tummies until dinner.
